Technomelt PUR 3365 is a high-performance bookbinding hot melt adhesive known for its excellent flexibility at both high and low temperatures. It achieves approximately 80% cure within 1-2 days and reaches its final bond strength in about 7 days, depending on factors like atmospheric humidity and material permeability. This adhesive offers strong adhesion to PVC and acetate films and requires a Corona pretreatment for bonding polypropylene and polyethylene films. Ideal for bookbinding applications such as perfect binding, burst binding, edition binding, lining/backing, and tight backing, Technomelt PUR 3365 is available in off-white translucent solid form in pails, drums, or slugs.

*Note: Never heat above 300°F (148.9°C). Use only in equipment intended for reactive hot melts. Do not use in conventional hot melt equipment. Forced ventilation must be provided over applicator and melting equipment to remove any small amount of isocyanate vapors from the work area.
